How much do we know about Scarrans? They like to use "big words" like "duplicitous". They have odd interrogation procedures, and are quite temporamental. They seem to be quite smart, though (see Cargn and Grath for examples). The point is, how do we know Scarrans are so bad? The only time we've ever heard many bad things about Scarrans are from people who are either racist (Peacekeepers) or just really angry (Clavor). What if Scarrans just have a bad rep?
