I thought of this theory a few days ago. Now, I'm a huge Nebari fan, so naturally, I want them to be in the show more. But every single time I try to think of ways why this theory is not possible, I never can.
Now, many people on the bb have mentioned the possibility of John still be in Natira's office, and all of DMD was merely some kind of hallucination. Or that DMD was a way for the Scorpy chip to punish John for the real Scorpy's deadh. But I haven't seen anyone say...
... that Crichton is still captured by Mr. Scarran from WGFA. That Scarran's goal was to
drive John insane. I'm sure that after Aeryn's death, the events of the LGM trilogy, Dr.
Diagnosan messing with his brain and then dying, and Scorpius actually *winning*, would
certainly drive him over the brink.
So basically, he could still be stuck to the Scarran's chair. Stark is not there, Jothee has not
been saved. It'd be kinda like Groundhog Day.
Evidence I have to support this:
1. Nobody would expect it. John killed the Scarran, right?
2. DMD would drive anyone crazy.
3. Both episodes were directed by Rowan Woods--who also directed A Human Reaction, and we all know how important that episode ended up being.
4. It explains the plotholes.
A. In The Locket, the Scorpius chip still hadn't cracked John's mind in all of the 50+ years he was on the planet.
